Art 2 Course Description
Art 2 is a course that will build on those techniques and medias students explored in Art 1. Students will explore a variety of two-dimensional and three-dimensional media throughout the year to build artistic confidence and creativity. Composition solutions are also covered. This course will lay the basic groundwork for further study in other art classes, or to help in the student’s own artistic endeavors. Areas of study may include, but are not limited to:
pencil, chalk and oil pastel, printmaking, watercolor, tempera, charcoal, collage, ceramics along with other 3-D projects.
